Classes for Foundation Stage Children
FIT ‘n’ CALM!
A 30 minute class Adventure Yoga class using playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques while teaching 2-4 year olds about their growing bodies. In today’s fast-paced world, filled with loud computer games, TV and hectic schedules, children are becoming burnt out at a young age. These classes will introduce yoga in a fun way and provide a little piece of calm in their busy day. Also hits physical development targets for this age group involved with movement, space, body awareness and co-ordination.

A 30 minute class of funky dance for lively 2-4 year olds! Incorporating different themes and styles of music, children will learn fun dance steps while getting fit and learning about their bodies and music.
